Secretlab has a history of collaborating with well-known gaming and pop culture franchises, but its most recent collaboration may well take the cake. Should I say poffin instead? Secretlab has partnered up with the long-running cultural behemoth to launch the Secretlab Pokémon Collection, which adds some Kanto-inspired flavor to some of the greatest gaming seats out there, just in time for the 25th anniversary of Pokémon.
The new collection features Pikachu and Charizard, two of Pokémon’s most well-known masctos, and is based on Secretlab’s latest TITAN Evo 2022 chair. The two designs exude Pokémon flavor, from the Pokéballs and Pokédex numbers sewn into the shoulders to the type emblems on the back, aside from the characters stitched into the seats. Pikachu and Charizard’s evolution line are even shown as monochromatic embellishments along the border of each chair if you look closely.
The Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 is the company’s most recent design, and it comes in three sizes: small, standard, and XL. The latest generation of the Secretlab 2020 Series incorporates a few tweaks while preserving what worked well with its predecessor. Extreme adjustability, from the 4D armwrests to the lumbar support, a pleasant and strong base, and a long-lasting design are all included.
Magnetic accessories are new to the 2022 series, allowing you to simply replace the armrests between a couple of different types. There’s no need to worry about a strap falling free because the head pillow is magnetically attached to the headrest. The chair’s base has been improved as well, with a more subtle curvature on the sides that allows for more room to spread out.
That is simply the newest in high-profile collaborations for Secretlab. To this point, we have seen all the things from World of Warcraft to Minecraft, Harry Potter, and The Witcher get the gaming chair therapy. Given how nicely the corporate chairs have been reviewed at Home windows Central, you’ll be able to count on high quality with the Pokémon collab.
As for when you will get your arms on one, it is perhaps some time. Secretlab says the gathering will “launch first in Japan” in restricted portions in small and standard sizes. Nevertheless, for these of us outdoors of Japan, you’ll be able to presently sign up to be notified when and if the chairs can be found elsewhere.
As for me, I am sensing a return to Kanto is in the close to future.
